Giudices ordered to keep finances separate

Prison-bound Teresa and Joe Giudice must separate their finances moving forward.

The pair, who were sentenced to 15 and 41 months behind bars respectively on a number of fraud charges, are being ordered to keep their personal and business bank accounts separate from each other, reports TMZ.

The ruling judge in their case has made it clear that Teresa and Joe, both 42, should not help to pay each other's debt. They've each been ordered to pay more than $400K in restitution.

The site also discovered that the judge did not consider "anonymous letters and phone calls from the public" while sentencing the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars.

Teresa, who's set to begin serving time on Jan. 5, told Andy Cohen in a tell-all interview last week that she doesn't blame Joe for her upcoming prison sentence.

"I don't think he meant to hurt me in any way," she said. "I think it's a learning lesson for both of us."

It's unclear whether Bravo paid $325,000 for the revealing two-part interview, as one report claimed.

A source close to the couple revealed that Teresa has not been doing well post-sentencing.
