In this weekly feature, Fantasy Insanity's Drew Loftis keeps an eye on player trade values:
Going up
Shane Vereen, RB, Patriots
The Patriots backfield is always a scary fantasy realm, but Vereen got the bulk of carries in Week 7 and is heavily involved in the passing game. Deal him to a needy owner so you don't have to sweat it out when Bill Belchick starts doing his Mike Shanahan RB shuffle.
Bishop Sankey, RB, Titans
Good news: The rookie has taken firm hold of the feature job. Bad news: That job is with the Titans. Good for a bye-week fill-in, so find an owner who needs one. Otherwise keep a seat warm for him on your bench.
Headed down
Vernon Davis, TE, 49ers
Davis is finding a hard time getting looks from QB Colin Kaepernick. The name still has cache, so your selling points — whether you believe them or not — can be he has missed time with a back injury and still can be considered a red-zone target capable of a breakout game at any time.
