Man wins 571G from slot machine at Yonkers casino

A Westchester man won a record half-million-dollar slot-machine payout at Empire City Casino, the Yonkers gambling establishment announced Monday.

Manuel Esteche, of Port Chester, took home the $571,049.05 prize after feeding $2.50 into Bally Blazing 7, a penny slot machine, at 11:30 p.m. Friday, according to the racino.

The machine came up with three 7s for Esteche.

His score topped the previous slots record taken home by Moosue Stefern of Bergenfield, NJ, who hit $509,121.96.
