The swank Setai Hotel in South Beach may soon have a new owner.
The luxury Miami hotel, which has been on the market for a few months, has narrowed the bidding process down to two final offers, The Post has learned.
One of them is from the Suzer Group, a Turkish-based conglomerate with real estate, banking, construction and oil and gas interests. Suzer is also the owner of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Istanbul, sources said.
That group is working with an as-yet unnamed New York-based developer and commercial landlord group with hospitality links, according to sources.
Suzer, along with its New York partner, have offered $88 million for the five-star hotel, which works out to $1.1 million for each of the 80 rooms.
The Setai is comprised of two separate buildings. A 40-story oceanfront high-rise condo tower with 163 luxury units that is not part of the deal.
Then there's the luxury hotel in the heart of South Beach — an eight-story Art Deco building that comes with 80 hotel rooms, three restaurants, three pools, a spa and a gym.
