A man claiming to be a cop from a Williamsburg precinct warned a landlord not to bother a tenant for overdue rent — and now Internal Affairs is investigating, sources said. The landlord received a call last Thursday from a man who said he was a cop named "Officer Henderson" and warned, "You will be charged with harassment" if the victim continued to try and collect the rent, according to sources. The landlord, who rents commercial space on West 26th Street in Manhattan, was suspicious and called the tenant to inquire if they had any information about the purported officer, sources added. The tenant claimed they were in contact with an "Officer Henderson in the 90th Precinct," and provided the landlord with a shield number, sources said. The landlord discovered there's no "Officer Henderson" in the 90th Precinct and the shield number was fake. Police and the NYPD's Internal Affairs Bureau are investigating the incident as a felony police impersonation.

Bronx

A five-car pileup early Monday near Yankee Stadium left one person in life-threatening condition and 11 others injured, officials said. One of the drivers, Jimmy Blount Jr., 22, was allegedly impaired and caused the wreck on the Major Deegan Expressway near East 161st Street at about 3:20 a.m., law-enforcement sources said. All of the victims were taken to Lincoln Hospital, where one person was in critical condition. A second victim was in serious condition and 10 other people suffered minor injuries. Blount was taken into custody at the scene and later charged with pot possession, possession of khat (an illegal drug) and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Manhattan

A vandal smashed the front window of a Chelsea dance theater, sources said. The suspect was walking on Eighth Avenue near West 19th Street last Wednesday at about 9 p.m. when he punched the glass on the Joyce Theater, law-enforcement sources said. A witness tried following the 5-foot-6 suspect, but lost him as the window-smasher fled west on 19th Street, sources added. The venue, established in 1982 by and for dancers, experienced more than $250 worth of damages, sources said. No arrests have been made.

A 35-year-old Hell's Kitchen resident was conned out of $2,000 for an apartment she never even checked out, sources said. The woman browsed pictures of the pad on Craigslist and wired the cash to a bank account on Dec. 1, law-enforcement sources said. The recipient then claimed he needed another month's rent because the apartment had wiring problems that needed immediate repair, sources added. The woman then requested a refund but never got her money back, sources said. Police are investigating the incident as a grand larceny, but no arrests have been made.

A big bully beat a teen during a dispute over a pair of kicks at Sneaker Con at the Jacob Javits Center, sources said. The 200-pound 25-year-old punched a 15-year-old boy in the face last Friday at about 8:45 p.m., law-enforcement sources said. The teen suffered pain and swelling in his cheek and the 5-foot-9 suspect fled, sources added.

A man was stabbed several times in Harlem on Monday, police said. The 27-year-old got into an argument with another man at West 155th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard just before noon, according to cops. The victim took himself to Harlem Hospital for treatment of stab wounds to the torso and he was expected to survive, authorities said. A 61-year-old man was taken into custody after the attack, but he was not immediately charged. A It wasn't clear what started the dispute.

A thief stole a man's pistol permit, his wedding ring and some of his clothes while the victim worked out in a Chelsea gym, sources said. The 32-year-old man was exercising inside Blink on Eighth Avenue near West 26th Street for about an hour between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. last Wednesday when someone broke the padlock on his locker and snatched his belongings, sources said. The thief made off with the man's identification, his New York State pistol permit, his wedding ring, leather jacket and his pants, sources said. No arrests have been made.

Staten Island

A man in Mariners Harbor was held up at gunpoint by a robber who snatched just $34 and told the victim to "stay alive," law-enforcement sources said. Anthony Lotito, 28, walked up to the 28-year-old man on Holland Avenue near Richmond Terrace on Dec. 2 at about 4:20 a.m., pulled a gun and barked, "Give me your money," according to a court complaint. The man opened his wallet and Lotito snatched $34 and the victim's car keys before saying, "stay alive," sources said. Lotito fled in a white Ford and was soon arrested on charges of robbery, petit larceny and menacing.
