Tuesday at 8 p.m. on NBC

Adam Richman ("Man v. Food") hosts this new cooking competition/game show that gives amateur cooks the chance to test their skills against five professional chefs. In each episode a home cook and expert will cook the same dish to be judged in a blind taste test ­— with the amateurs winning a cash prize for every chef they outcook.

Thursday at 9 p.m. on Lifetime

Judges Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia and Zac Posen and mentor Tim Gunn are back in the reality show's Season 13 premiere, where one past designer will get a second chance to compete against the 18 newbie designers with the return of #RunwayRedemption. Guest judges this season include Julie Bowen, Elisabeth Moss and Shay Mitchell.

Secrets dominate every facet of family and professional life as scientists Frank Winter (John Benjamin Hickey) and Charlie Isaacs (Ashley Zukerman) compete to create the world's first atomic bomb in 1943 Los Alamos, NM, in this new drama series. Rachel Brosnahan ("House of Cards") co-stars as Isaacs' wife, who emerges as an unlikely leader among the other wives.
