Lindsay Lohan went apartment hunting in Manhattan on her brand new reality show, "Lindsay'' Sunday night and turned an argument with her broker into a rant against her dad.
"He's lazy,'' she said of the broker. "When someone promises me something and then breaks that promise, I lose all trust in them. Because that's what happened when I was a kid when I was with my dad on and off.''
She said the prospective landlord wouldn't accept her as a tenant without a $10 million renter's liability policy. "How can anyone get that,'' she complained. "I'm not Oprah.''
Oprah Winfrey, who owns the network that broadcasts the show, opened it with excerpts from an interview she did with Lindsay last summer, just after she got out of rehab.
Oprah has counseled Lindsay to slow down and give up her jet setting life style. The eight-part series is supposed to let the viewers find out whether the advice took.
During the Sunday expedition she was accompanied by her "sober coach" from Cliffside Malibu, which purchased three ads on the program.
