2 arrested after fatally beating homeless man on church steps

Two men were arrested Tuesday for the fatal beating of a homeless man on the steps of a Bronx church that was caught on video, cops said.

Angel Monegro, 17, and Noel Martinez, 24, were both charged with manslaughter in the savage attack in front of St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church on June 19, according to police.

The victim, Miguel Durcio, 41, was rushed to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he later died.
