Several dead after accident on Southern State Parkway: report

MALVERNE — Several people are dead following an early-morning accident on the Southern State Parkway on Long Island, according to reports.

The one-car accident happened in Malverne near exit 17.

MyFoxNY.com reports that several people died in the crash. The accident closed the parkway between exits 17 and 19 as State Police investigate the crash.
