A Harlem man died Christmas day six months after being shot in a June pot deal gone bad.
Jorge Briu, 32, had been at Einstein Hospital in The Bronx ever since the June 19th shooting at on the corner of West 136th Street & Riverside Drive.
Cops have now charged Jonathan Suero, 21, of Harlem, with murder. Suero had originally only been charged in the murder of Brui's pal Arnold Cobo, 21.
Police sources said Cobo and Brui had ripped off four pounds of pot from a drug dealer they regularly bought from.
The dealer ordered Suero to kill the men in revenge after they handed him four $100 bills wrapped around one dollar bills and slips of paper instead the $12,000 they had earlier agreed upon.
Cops say Brui was taken off of life support on Christmas Day, and Suero has now been charged in both Cobo and Brui's murders, according to police.
