George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin have opted to stay local for their two-week honeymoon.
The couple, who wed in Venice Italy on September 27, have decided to spend time in their newly purchased English country home in Berkshire county, according to Us Weekly.
"They wanted a simple break," said an insider about the couple's decision to spend two weeks out of the limelight. "Just somewhere to enjoy time together with no interruptions."
The luxurious home is reportedly near a train station, which will allow Amal to get to work beginning next week.
The mag reports the couple purchased it two months ago.
"It's just George and Amal at the home at the moment," said an insider.
And although they're settling into married life, George, 53, and Amal, 36, are not ready to break in their new kitchen.
"A small private catering company delivers their meals every day," revealed the spy.
