Despite receiving almost 200 complaints about its landmark sick-pay law, the de Blasio administration has not issued a single fine for the alleged infractions, according to a new report.

Employees covered by the law, which went into effect six months ago, 189 complaints, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Most of the complaints were from workers who accused their bosses of not giving them the legally required notice that explains their legal right to have paid sick days off, the report said.

Sixty of the complaints have been resolved through mediation, while 112 are in the process of being resolved, the Journal said.

Only one case has resulted in an employee receiving the deserved sick pay from an employer.

There are also a small number of cases that involve alleged retaliation against the employees. Seven workers, for example, claim they were fired, the report said.

Mayor de Blasio signed the measure, claiming it was keystone element of his battle against income inequality.

Under the law, employees have the right to use sick leave for themselves of for the care and treatment of family members.

The city's Department of Consumer Affairs is responsible for enforcing the law.
