Forget Iron Man. Here's Iron Mike!
All that was missing from former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson was a suit of armor when he showed off his superhero moves and jumped into action over the weekend to help save a man helplessly laying in the road after a motorcycle crash.
But luckily for him, a nearby Tyson had witnessed the entire crash unfold and immediately swooped in – slamming on his brakes and rushing to the side of Chesley, who was sprawled out in the middle of the busy freeway.
The "Hangover" crooner — and star of a new adventure cartoon — successfully stopped traffic and also managed to soothe Chesley with that notorious voice of his until paramedics arrived on the scene, according to the website.
The baddest man on the planet was photographed at the crash with a proud grin on his face as he appeared to be in great spirits knowing he did his part to help rescue a citizen in need.
Chelsey suffered several broken bones, torn muscles and ligaments, nerve damage and will also require shoulder surgery, TMZ reports.
He is currently in the hospital recovering from his injuries, but he wants the tough-as-nails Brooklyn native to know how grateful he is, so he plans to send Tyson a fruit basket and a thank-you note.
