Katie Holmes is headed West.
The 35-year-old actress purchased a 6,000 square-foot home in Calabasas, Calif., TMZ confirms.
She reportedly paid $3,795,000 for the home, which is located in the same area as Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Katherine Jackson, Toni Braxton, Romeo and Mitch Richmond's homes.
The website adds Holmes' cross-country move is for both her career and her 8-year-old daughter, Suri.
Many details aren't known about the property due a serious confidentiality agreement which imposes a $1 million penalty to violators.
And Holmes and Suri won't be moving to the luxurious house alone — Suri and her bodyguard selected a Chihuahua from a San Fernando Valley rescue shelter weeks ago and named her Maple.
