A city bus driver who raked in thousands of dollars in workers' comp — claiming she was too traumatized to even shop after a rider spit on her — has been busted for allegedly operating a fashion-boutique-on-wheels.
Nneka Green-Ingram, 38, even posted photos of herself on Facebook and Instagram driving around a van with "Celebrities Mobile Boutique'' painted on it, peddling necklaces, bracelets and tight skirts in Harlem.
The sexy fashionista was busted Thursday and charged with grand larceny after netting $84,000 in workers' comp since her 2012 "breakdown.''
She told a transit shrink that year she couldn't work because she had "anxiety and avoidant behavior when boarding and traveling on a bus" and she couldn't drive or even shop since the spitting incident, court papers state.
"In the workers' compensation claim, [Green-Ingram] alleged that an unknown male passenger spat on her and threatened her with bodily harm, causing her to fear for her life during her employment with the NYCTA as a bus operator," according to the papers.
She also allegedly lied on workers' compensation questionnaire forms.
She claimed that she was not doing any type of work and that since the spitting incident, she couldn't exercise.
She could only clean, shop and drive with help from her husband, the papers state.
But investigators watched her happily gabbing with customers as she peddled her wares from her van for months, authorities said.
Green-Ingram even posted a photo of herself in one of her skirts just two days after her arrest — bragging, "Today was grrrreaat!!!!!
"Shout out to all my #celebutants for your support. Now let's see what tomorrow brings, I'm making a few skirts tonight, since I sold out today," she wrote.
Green-Ingram did not respond to messages seeking comment.
She could get 15 years on the grand-larceny charge.
