A Midwestern tourist, suffering from Alzheimer's disease, went missing after she wandered out of a Midtown hotel, cops said.

Vivian Minnielli, 61, from Ohio, was last seen Sunday around 3:00 p.m.before leaving the Hilton Hotel on East 54th Street, where she was staying with her husband, police said. She was spotted heading north on Sixth Avenue.

Her husband and granddaughter were out sightseeing at the time of her disappearance. They had left Minnielli at the hotel to rest because she was feeling ill, sources said.

Minnielli, who is 5-foot-2 with blue eyes, suffers from early onset Alzheimer's, a source said.

She was last seen wearing a long sleeve blue sweater with white striped pants and white sneakers.
