Spitzer puts units up for sale at the Corinthian

The Love Gov is selling off his assets.

Disgraced Eliot Spitzer, now at the helm of ailing dad Bernard's vast real-estate empire, has put 144 units at the Corinthian, a Midtown tower, on the market for $145 million.

"We expect to get that price or exceed it," said Robert Knakal, chairman of the brokerage firm Massey Knakal Realty Services, which has the listing.

Spitzer's father built the 57-story building with 863 units at 330 E. 38th St. in the 1980s.

Spitzer sold the building's parking garage in 2009 for $10.25 million and the building's medical space in 2011 for $31 million, Knakal said.

Spitzer declined to comment "on deals and acquisitions" at this time, his spokeswoman said.

He resigned as governor following a sordid sex scandal that exposed him as "Client No. 9," who paid for sex with high-end prostitutes with whom he cavorted while wearing just his black knee socks.

After a failed bid as a talking head on CNN, Spitzer ran in — and lost — the Democratic primary for city comptroller last year.

Since then, he has been getting back to real estate in a big way.

In December, he bought a site at Hudson Yards for $88 million. That deal, at 511 W. 35th St., was also brokered by Knakal.
