A boozed-up on-duty sanitation worker was arrested when he crashed a salt spreader into a parked vehicle in St. Albans, cops said.
Dewayne Ruddock,33, was driving the salt spreader vehicle on 132 Avenue and Rockaway boulevard around 12:30 a.m. when he hit the parked car that had a man sitting inside, according to police.
Police were called to the scene and smelled alcohol on the sanitation worker's breath.
Ruddock was arrested and charged with driving a commercial vehicle while ability impaired, cops said.
