Cop arrested in DWI crash in Queens

An off-duty police officer was charged with DWI on Saturday after allegedly crashing into an unoccupied car in Bayside, Queens.

Liam Donahue, 22, of Patrol Borough Manhattan North, hit the vehicle at around 5 a.m. at 217th Street and 40th Avenue, authorities said.

He refused to take a Breathalyzer test and was suspended without pay.
