Staten Island

■ A creep sexually abused two older women in a public-housing complex in ­Arrochar, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

Darin Thomas, 45, approached a 64-year-old woman in the South Beach Houses on Lamport Boulevard at around 7 p.m. on Jan. 2, exposed himself and rubbed up against the victim, the complaint states.

Thomas allegedly violated a 60-year-old woman in a similar manner later that evening.

He was arrested and charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse.

Brooklyn

■ A Prospect Park South man accused of gunning down a rival in broad daylight while wearing a red jumpsuit walked right into the hands of cops this week, law-enforcement sources said.

Isiah Harris, 22, allegedly shot the 24-year-old victim outside the Church Avenue subway station in Ditmas Park at 2 p.m. Monday, terrifying two station agents who were treated afterward for trauma.

He then allegedly fled to his girlfriend's apartment building, where he ditched his 22-caliber pistol.

He was apprehended at 6:05 p.m. Monday after he and his stepfather knocked on her door — and found detectives inside.

The victim, who was shot in the heart and small intestine, was admitted to Kings County Hospital. His condition was not immediately known.

Harris denied shooting the victim but allegedly told detectives that "the man and his buddies have been plaguing my life for more than a year."

Harris is currently cooling his heels at Rikers Island on $150,000 bail.

■ A Bushwick bodega was robbed at gunpoint by two men, authorities said.

The robbers walked into 99 Cents & Gifts Bodega on Irving Avenue near Stockholm Street at around 9:15 p.m. Monday and pulled a gun, according to police.
One of the suspects then punched a 52-year-old clerk in the face.

The thieves made off with $1,000 in cash from the register and fled on foot, cops said.

The victim sustained minor injuries.

The suspects were last seen wearing black jackets and masks and carrying bookbags.

Queens

■ A Jamaica car thief sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl after he stole an SUV with her asleep in the back seat, authorities said.

At about 6 p.m. Thursday, the victim's 28-year-old uncle and a family friend left the girl sleeping in the unlocked 2002 Ford Explorer with its keys in the ignition while they went into a bodega near Sutphin Boulevard and 109th Avenue, sources said.

Seizing the opportunity, Kapri Dickson, 23, slid behind the wheel and drove off, cops said.

The uncle and the friend came out, found the SUV gone and called 911.

Meanwhile, the girl awoke and screamed when she realized a stranger was driving the vehicle, authorities said.

Dickson responded by pulling over and hitting the girl, then pulled down her pants and sexually abused her, cops said.

The girl resisted but was badly beaten before cops from the Queens Gang Squad located the vehicle near Rockaway Boulevard and 147th Street and apprehended Dickson, cops said.

He was charged with sex abuse, grand larceny auto and possession of stolen property.

■ A 63-year-old man pulled from a suspicious Flushing blaze and later pronounced dead appeared to have been badly beaten beforehand, authorities said.

He was found seated on a couch in his basement apartment at the scorched, four-story apartment building on 159th Street near 43rd Avenue at around 6 a.m. Friday, according to authorities.

He was rushed to New York Hospital Queens, where he was pronounced dead on arrival, cops said.

The fire was placed under control at about 6:35 a.m., authorities said.

His identity was not released pending family notification.

Given the victim's condition, authorities are investigating the case as a crime, cops said.

■ A female thief snatched a stash of cash from a man's jacket at JFK Airport, Port Authority cops said.

The victim, a Brooklyn resident traveling to Israel, was being screened at a security checkpoint Thursday when Sahodri Chand, 59, snatched his jacket, according to the PA Police Department.

Chand allegedly pocketed $1,500.

Meanwhile, the victim noticed his jacket missing, and police found it nearby along with his passport.

PAPD officers found Chand after reviewing video surveillance.

She was arrested at the airport.

She was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, the PAPD said.
