Sears to spin off Lands’ End

There's another sale at Sears this morning.

The troubled retailer led by Eddie Lampert is planning on spinning off its Lands' End business.

In a filing early Friday morning with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said it is moving forward with the separation of its Lands' End business.
