The wife and daughter of one of America's most prolific science-fiction writers say they should be allowed to give a Manhattan literary agency the ax, according to a lawsuit.
Janet and Robyn Asimov, the spouse and daughter of author Isaac Asimov, say they agreed to let Trident Media Group handle the writer's estate back in 2008.
But the pair say Trident failed to warn them of the deal's automatic renewal.
