The victim of a vicious biker gang assault is keeping a stiff, and silent, upper lip as prosecutors go easy on his attackers.
Alexian Lien said nothing Saturday as he left his Manhattan home with his young daughter, who witnessed him being brutally beaten in the violent Sept. 29 attack.
Prosecutors said Friday they would lessen charges against 10 bikers involved in the senseless assault — because Lien is healing so well.
Bundled in a black winter coat and hat, Lien walked a short distance carrying two bags, one with a princess doll sticking out, as he and his daughter left the family's Financial District building.
He ignored questions about the legal development before heading back into his home.
Lien was hauled out of his Range Rover and pummeled in front of his family on West 178th Street in the terrifying videotaped incident, which unfolded after Lien's SUV bumped one of the bikers. The group swarmed the family car on the West Side Highway. Lien ran over one of the motorcyclists as he fled, causing serious injuries and prompting the bikers to chase him for 50 blocks.
Originally facing first-degree gang assault charges that could have landed them sentences of 25 years behind bars, the suspects could get only 15 years if convicted.

A pack of motorcyclists head north on the West Side Highway near 125th Street in Harlem about 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 29, a sunny Sunday afternoon as Alexian Lien, his wife and their 2-year-old daughter are out for a drive in their black Range Rover.
The ride was organized by Jamie Lao of Queens, organizer of Hollywood Stuntz's annual Hollywood Block Party, which overwhelmed Times Square in 2012.

Biker Christopher Cruz, 28, of Passaic, NJ, slows down in front of the Range Rover in an apparent attempt to stop it, but the SUV rear ends him at slow speed, angering the mob.
Inside the Range Rover, Lien, 33, grows fearful for the safety of his wife, Rosalyn Ng, and their daughter. It was their wedding anniversary and they were out celebrating.

As more and more of the bikers menacingly surround his SUV, a panicked Lien hits the gas and speeds off, running over Edwin Mieses, 26, of Lawrence, Mass., breaking his legs.
Lien flees northward in a desperate attempt to get away and protect his traumatized family.
Others remain at the scene and tend to the severely injured Mieses, whose family said was paralyzed from the waist down after he was struck by the SUV.

The angry bikers rev up their motorcycles and start to give chase.
The high-speed chase continues as bikers close in on the Range Rover near the West 178th Street exit in Washington Heights.
Lien pulls off onto West 178th Street, with a biker in a silver-colored helmet, later identified as Reginald Chance, 37, of Brooklyn, hot on his tail.
Chance rips off his helmet and uses it to repeatedly smash Lien's driver's side window.
More of the bikers speed up and start smashing the SUV's rear and side windows, close to where the couple's baby is strapped into a car seat.
The bikers drag Lien from the vehicle and begin pummeling and kicking him into a bloody pulp.
The terrified Ng, whose window was also smashed, leans from the passenger's seat and screams for help.
A pair of good Samaritans bravely steps in and shields the young father from further attack.
Lien lies on the roadway as the Samaritans stand guard over him.
The Columbia grad then staggers to his feat, bloodied and bruised.
The Post Tuesday, Oct. 1 front page coverage of the horrific attack, which sparked outrage across the nation.
The investigation begins, as the family's battered Range Rover is towed on a flatbed truck to the NYPD's 33rd precinct.
