There are 27 million reasons why New York's health-care advocates are mum about problems with the rollout of ObamaCare.
The outsiders have become insiders: Nonprofits are getting paid $27 million by the government to help sign up New Yorkers for the new national health plan.
"It tied their hands. It's unfortunate," said Anthony Feliciano of the Commission on Public Systems.
The state Health Department allotted the funds to 50 contractors — including the Community Service Society and Hispanic Federation — that have hired 500 "navigators" to guide applicants trying to enroll.
