The business partner of an Upper West Side nutritionist to the stars has been charged with stealing tens of thousands of dollars from the anti-aging guru.

Randy Corwick, 51, was arraigned in Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday on grand-larceny and ID-theft charges for allegedly stealing from the business of Dr. Oz Garcia, who counts Hilary Swank, Heidi Klum and Naomi Campbell as clients.
"Over a three-year period he stole more than a $100,000 from the company in a variety of forms," said Manhattan Assistant DA J. Carolina Chavez.
Corwick, who acted as Garcia's chief branding officer, countered he didn't have a traditional salary and had an agreement with Garcia that he could pocket some of the proceeds.
"This is no more than a very ugly corporate divorce," said Corwick's lawyer, Jason Berland.
Garcia did not return requests for comment.
