Online video has emerged showing "Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston in an early 1980s Preparation H commercial.

Cranston, wearing a blue suit and glasses, discusses "oxygen action" in the commercial, extolling the product's soothing nature.

Even then he was focused on science.

The commercial was filmed at the beginning of Cranston's career, before his stints on "Seinfeld" or "Malcolm in the Middle." Decades ago, "the one who knocks" was simply a man with a delicate problem.
