Authorities say six people have been injured in a collision between two trucks on the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge.
Fire and police officials say the head-on crash occurred at 6:10 a.m. Monday on the Brooklyn-bound upper level of the bridge
Two of the victims suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries.
The other four had minor injuries. Five of the victims were taken to the hospital.
The MTA says Brooklyn-bound lanes of the upper level remain closed to traffic as investigators look into the cause of the accident.
