Manhattan hate-crime investigators are looking for six suspects following a subway assault laced with anti-gay slurs.
The attack occurred around 6 p.m. Monday after the victim boarded a downtown No. 2 train at 125th Street.
One suspect started taking pictures of the victim and his friend. When he asked her to stop, she responded with the slurs. Then it escalated into a group attack.
The victim and his friend fled from the train at 96th and Broadway.
He was treated at a hospital for a cut over his eye.
Three of the suspects are male and three are female.
Police have issued sketches of two of them. They're thought to be around 20 to 22 years old.
