Ypsilanti Township in Michigan doesn't want its way of life to go to pot.
The township filed suit against residents of perpetually hazy homes for allegedly smoking so much marijuana that the "overwhelming" smell and contact high were making neighbors sick.

Donald Delong, 21, allegedly pulled a pellet gun on a McDonald's drive-thru employee in St. Cloud, Fla., police said.
The worker had told Delong that the drive-thru had just closed, cops said.
