Former '80s pop star Rick Springfield led a cringe-inducing singalong in the New York City subways in two videos posted to YouTube yesterday.

The Australian musician treated fans to his former hits "Jessie's Girl" and "Don't talk to Strangers."

Springfield, who is trying to promote his latest album, Songs for the End of the World, went underground Wednesday to surprise morning rush hour commuters, TMZ reported.
